Sleepless McDonald's

Recently, an increasing number of McDonald's have made themselves 24-hour open. Though it was nearly midnight, I didn't take to grabbing anything there. I also wanted to show you how McDonald's is written in Korean. Have a pleasant weekend!

Very cool. It looks better in Korean!
The deco seems a little trendier (lampshades) - is it one of those newly designed McDo? About a week ago there was an article in the NY Times about how they were experimenting with an upscale decor of the chain in some locations.

Eliane - Thank you for a flood of comments. I really appreciate it. I'm not sure but it's been years since this branch had this interior.

Don - One of Mac's in Maastricht was also open until 3h00. During my stay, I had never eat at Mac.

Every single McD's I've seen abroad looked much better (I was going to say "classier" but then we are talking about McD's...) than most US locations.

BTW, you said you've never seen Cheers. That link will take you to A clip show with bits from all eleven seasons.

Hope you're enjoying a lovely Sunday. :)

That's interesting! McDonald's in Korean ... do they have any menu items that are available on in Korea?

I have put kim chi in my Quater Pounder w/ cheese a couple of times ... quite delicious!

Hi Sunkyoung.. I am from Malaysia.. The McD outlets in Kuala Lumpur are starting to be 24hrs too.
They start serving breakfast at 4am at certain outlets.

Neva - Though I think we both wouldn't like Mac's food, it would be fun to photograph our favourite interior of Mac's, maybe?:)

Fénix - You're right. McD cannot be categorised as classic.

Dick - I hope you won't need to have at McDonald's in Seoul, though.:)

BW - Yes, we do. We have 'bulgogi burger.' Kimchi is actually good to reduce greasy taste in food.

Lv2scpbk - I've been there twice this year.

Richard - I didn't intend it, but yes, it turned out to be a contrast.

Althea - Thank you for visiting my blog. I don't think I would ever like to have any Macburger when I'm out late at night.
