Cheonggyecheon

Former Seoul City Mayor, Myeongbak Lee had his last professional career as general manager at a construction company and accordingly had a tendency to see Seoul as a site of public works. With this aim, one of his achievements is having restored Cheonggyecheon which flows through the north of Seoul. His work is still controversial in terms of the cost and the effect on the environment, but the public's views are relatively favourable considering having a relaxing nature space in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a city.

We have several spots in Manila that are similar to this, but nothing in Norwich. Looks great. Would love to see a photo of this at daytime.
